    And then from the mind is emptied in front of her… As if the filled bag has been completely emptied. Then the mind becomes completely calm in a moment as magic has happened….

    That… That is the rightly owned place- My Happy Place!!

    Just try to remember which such rightly owned places are near you? Those that uplift your heart and give true condolences… Try remembering one by one.. you will feel fresh!

    The conversations with that person and jokes will be in front of your eyes like a movie..! With some friends you empty your bottled up feelings while with some other friend you laugh like baby, childhood memories with your brother, the name teasing or literary discussion with some relatives…they give you the feeling of coolness!

    Such few but rightful places are surely there in everyone’s life… Parents are special… other than that… friends, siblings, in-laws, cousins, relatives.. anyone can be that rightful place for you! Your true Happy Place!

    Where along with affection and intimacy there is also a lifeline.. that enlivens the heart! Or a WhatsApp group.. where you just need to take a peek or a virtual tour to relax your mind!

    You feel fresh at this rightful place of yours as if you are visiting a beautiful natural place! In their company, you feel relaxed and fresh… just like a peacock’s feather! There is no hindrance or show-off.. you can easily speak your mind and express yourself..! Because here you are understood and most importantly never judged by them! Hence in the company of such people, you feel relaxed and free!

    These rightful places are like this.. providing shadow, rest, to the tired soul and mind! And the funny thing is such people are like a mirror showing both your flaws and strengths.. hence more trustworthy!

    Such places should be kept carefully safe.. more than diamonds and rubies! They shouldn’t be lost in the chaos of life.. because only the support of such places is worth millions! They eliminate loneliness hence we should say “ It feels good talking to you” to them!

    When we hear any news of suicide we think that don’t they have even one such rightful place where they can empty their emotional baggage? Where they can be themselves? Because being yourself is the biggest need of everyone! How one can breathe freely without that?

    We should always take care of such rightful places in our life but we should not forget to be someone’s rightful place..right?

     और फिर मन में जो कुछ था सब बाहर निकल गया, 

जैसे भरा हुआ बॅग पूरी तरह खाली कर दिया हो।फिर जैसे जादू हो गया ऐसे पलभर में मन एकदम शांत हो जाता है।…

     यही… यही है सही जगह जहाॅं हक से मन की बात हो – माय हेपी प्लेस !!

     बस याद करके देख लो… अपने पास एेसी कौन सी हक की जगह हैं, जहाॅं मन को सचमुच शांती मिले।

एक एक याद करके देख लो – एकदम अच्छा लगेगा। उस व्यक्ति के साथ बिताए अच्छे – अच्छे पल और उसकी बातें कोई फिल्म की तरह आपकी नजरों के सामने से गुजरती है। किसी खास सहेली के साथ मन हलका हो जाता है तो किसी दोस्त के साथ दिल खोलकर हँसा जाता है। भाई के साथ बिताए हुए बचपन के दिन, रूठना–मनाना… तो किसी रिश्तेदार के साथ की गयी साहित्यिक चर्चा विचार… सो…. कु…ल ऐसा एहसास देनेवाली ये जगहें…!!

ऐसी थोडी ही सही पर अपनी हक की जगहें हर एक के जीवन मे होती है। माता पिता तो अपने साथ है ही, 

साथ मे भाई, बहन, सहेली, दोस्त, भाभी, नणंद, चचेरे भाई-बहन और भी ऐसे रिश्तेदार कोई भी हो सकता है आपका अपना हक का स्थान/जगह।

आपकी सच्ची खुशी की जगह।

     जहॉं अपनापन, प्यार तो होता ही है पर साथ मे होती है संजीवनी… मन को जिंदा करनेवाली !! 

या फिर एक ऐसा व्हॉट्सएप ग्रुप भी… जहॉं सिर्फ थोडा सा देख लो, एक वरच्युअल (आभासी) 

नजर डाल दो तो भी मन एकदम रीलेक्स  होता है।

    जैसे किसी अच्छी जगह जाने के बाद एकदम फ्रेश लगता है वैसे ही ऐसी अपनी हक की जगह जाने पर लगता है। इनके साथ एकदम रीलेक्स,फ्रेश लगता है… मन हलका हलका हो जाता है… एकदम मोरपंख जैसा!!

 वहॉं कोई भी पडदा नहीं होता ना ही कोई शो – अॉफ होता है। मन मे – दिल मे जो होता है वो बोलसकते है… 

क्योंकि ऐसी हक की जगह पर आपको समझा तो जा सकता है पर

 आपको कभी भी ये लोग जज नहीं करते। और इसीलिए ऐसे लोगों के साथ आपको एकदम अच्छा लगता है… रीलेक्स लगने लगता है।

“ तुमको देखा, तो ये खयाल आया,

जिंदगी धूप, तुम घना साया…!!”

     ये जगहें भी ऐसी ही हमें अपने साये में रखनेवाली, आराम देनेवाली होती है… थके हुए मन को और जीव को!! 

मजे की बात तो यह होती है कि ऐसे लोग आइने जैसे होते है… गुण और दोष दोनों बताने वाले… इसलिए ज्यादा भरोसा!!

     ऐसी हक की जगहें जान से भी ज्यादा संभाली जाती है… हिरे मोती से भी ज्यादा।कहीं खो न देना इन्हें जिंदगी की भागदौडी में… क्योंकि इनका सिर्फ साथ ही अनमोल होता है। लोनलीनेस या अकेलापन दूर करनेवाला… इसलिए “तुमसे बात करके बहुत अच्छा लगा” – ये उन्हें बताना जरूरी है।

     किसी भी आत्महत्या की बात सुनने के बाद ऐसा लगता है, क्या इनके पास मन हलका करने के लिए कोई एक

 ऐसी हक की जगह नहीं होगी? जहॉं पर उन्हें अपना दिल खोलकर अपनी बात कहीं जाए? क्योंकि दिल की बात 

करना हर एक की जरूरत होती है। इसके सिवा खुली सांस भी कैसे ले कोई?

हमे अपनी जिंदगी कीसभी ऐसी हक की जगहों को संभालकर रखना है और हमें भी किसी के लिए ऐसी जगह बनना है… 

जरूर बनना है। बहोत अच्छा लगा न पढ़ कर? तो फिर दोस्तों, सभी हक की जगहों को जरूर शेर करें और उन्हें बताए – “बहुत अच्छा लगता है तुम्हारे साथ!”
